HYGIENE AND SANITATION
All the rooms of the hotel, common areas and rooms, are sanitized on a daily basis with specific virucid products and we pay particular attention to push-button panels and surfaces of greater contact, which are sanitized several times a day.
SIMPLE RULES OF PREVENTION
It takes a little to protect yourself: follow a few simple rules in the hotel and enjoy a carefree stay in Tuscany. Remember to wear the mask in all common areas, sanitize your hands as often as possible and keep a distance of at least one meter from other guests and our staff. Choose the services of your room, rather than the common bathrooms of the lobby area, and the electronic payment, safer than cash for contact risks. Last, important recommendation: in case of temperature above 37.5C or flu symptoms, please inform our staff and wait for directions in your room.
SIMPLE RULES OF PREVENTION
While maintaining the richness and fragrance of the delicacies of our breakfast buffet, we have changed the service in compliance with current health regulations. Choose your delicacy and our staff will serve it at your table, to enjoy it safely !
If you prefer to pamper yourself still in bed, for a small supplement of € 10, you can choose to have breakfast served directly in your room.
PROTECTED STAFF
We keep under constant control the state of health of our employees, which every day we monitor the body temperature. Our staff have been carefully trained on safety instructions, which are followed to the letter. All the staff wear surgical masks, as per current legislation, and the continuous sanitization of the hands is an established practice for every activity in the hotel.
RECEPTION, CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
Our reception may seem different from the usual, but the smiles and availability of our staff remain unmistakable.
We have divided the check-in area from the check-out area, to avoid any gatherings, and we have installed plexiglass panels, to allow a clear and safe communication, without the need for a mask for the staff behind the counter. This way, you can talk to us at any time, without risk. For hygienic reasons, once you have the key to your room you will have to take it with you, without leaving it at the reception. We sanitize all the keys at every check out, to deliver them, as new, to the next guest.
Upon your arrival we would like to greet you more warmly, but it will not be possible by now and indeed we are forced to ask to minimize the stay at the reception desk. At check-in it will be sufficient that you approach the counter only one person for the entire booking core, to deliver the identity documents of all components and the necessary documentation, so as to reduce the time of registration.
Also for the check-out we ask you to request in advance the information about the payment of the bill, the possible request for taxi or transfer and whatever else necessary.
ROOMS FOR PEACEFUL SLEEP
In our rooms you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep: every day our staff proceeds with their aeration and sanitization, using specific products based on hydrogen peroxide and focusing in particular on objects of frequent use, such as remote controls, switches and major contact points.
Use the air conditioning calmly: the air conditioning filters are sanitized at the departure of each guest.
RESERVATIONS WITHOUT WORRIES
We understand that in this period it may not be easy to decide to travel and that your plans can change at any time.
That’s why, until end of October, we decided to grant maximum flexibility for your reservation: no deposit, no credit card as guarantee. And you can cancel your stay for free even on the same day of arrival.
